My prediction that this wouldn't take too long to colour was horribly wrong, but I finally got this done after much frustration. I did the best I could with the limited colour palette I have - I need to buy more Copics :/ - but overall I'm happy at how this turned out, even if the end result is a little flat IMO.Hope you all like it anyways.

Oh my, this is gorgeous. The scale armor in between the plates looks amazing. It reminds me of the ceramic under-scales on an original non-pony fantasy armor I am still finishing up completing.
The perspective on the background could use a little work I think (though honestly I haven't drawn a background or an environment in YEARS so you're probably a little ahead of me in that area lol,) but srsly dat wood. How did you even do that?!
Dunno why but the full pic's reminding me of one of those old medieval/fantasy games for computer back in the late-80s and early-90s.

I'm gonna start working on a full pic involving a canon character soon, but I'm determined to go into it with patience. I think part of the reason I stopped doing these big, full background drawings is that I began rushing them and it produced less than impressive results. I'm interested in seeing what you have planned, too.

There's detail in the coloring I missed in the line art. I agree with BreakNeckViolet so much detail! Down to the pony's coloring, I love the choices you made to create this!

You may not have many Copics but you are clearly very talented when it comes to using them - just look at all the detail you packed into this piece, it's amazing. I love what you did with the eyes, and the armour design; very eye catching, very unique. And the background, wow.

Thank you. I did use Prismacolour pencils for detail, but yeah, I think it could've looked better if I'd had a bigger selection of Copics (I only used 10 here), but I plan on buying more now anyway
