Description
At first, happy new year to all of you 
The reason why I drew this was an attempt to play around with lighting and shading, which took me a long time to get it right. At least it looks OK, even if I think some shadows seem odd, considering the multiple sources of light. It was actually a lot of fun to draw the light saber and the lightning ^^. Overall I guess it took me more than 9 hours to finish this and I'm happy with the outcome.
Anyway. Tell me what you think about this drawing.

Wow! This is really cool! I haven't been able to watch that one yet but it's definitely on the list! I'm a huge fan of this picture though. The lighting is really awesome and intense and brings a lot of fitting tension to the scene of the battle. You did a good job with it!

Ah thanks alot ^^ I'm glad you like it. I'm happy that my goal to bring in some tension and drama into the scene while adding the right amount of lighting and shading seemed to be reached.
Anyway, tell me how you feel after you've seen the movie and whether the setting in this drawing is fitting. I have to confess that I've forgotten about the "furniture" in this scene and since there are not many screenshots out there yet, I just redid it with the bits out of my memory ^^
