Description
Listen to E.S. Posthumous - Unstoppable [link] when you look at this. That song gave me the inspiration to do this piece, and it's really one of my new favorites.
Done in PSCS4 and Paint Tool SAI.
About 6 hours.

I think the emphasis on her left nipple is disturbing, mainly because I simply can't spot the right one.
I also love the glinting off the metal--very well done and very realistic.
Probably what I love the most is the crazed, psychotic look in her eyes, because it is amazingly well done. It also helps matching with the tears, and the broken chain hanging from her neck.
The only other issue I have is I can't tell if she was just raped and is burning down the guy's house, or if she was just in a mental hospital and is burning it down...
Love it all otherwise.

I love how the colors work together in this one, but it seems like a lot of your shading recently has been a little overdramatic. It sort of makes sense here because of the fire (though there doesn't seem to be enough shadows on the front or backlighting for the fire to be a considerable light source, which it would be) but overall I'd say be careful and don't use too much contrast when shading. You don't want your pictures to look too dodge-and-burn.

Though I need a prem. membership to write a critique, I followed your advice and played the clip in a different tab, and it definitely adds to the piece, but I think in two possible interpretations:
1. Given her collar and tearful expression, the first thing that came to my mind was that she'd been attempting to escape someone(s)/something, yet she's been cornered, and is struggling to lift her gun to make one last stand against this implacable force. 2. Rather than fighting an unstoppable adversary, SHE is the one who is the pursuer. Given that the barrel of the gun is slanted downwards, it can alternately give the impression that you are the one attempting to escape from her, only to find yourself on the ground staring up at a disturbed young woman likely inwardly debating whether or not to shoot you now. In this version, the tears could mean any number of things: remembered pain, remorse, or a struggle for sanity.
