These, like a lot of things are a bit potato quality. But my last drawing of Luss was from like 2017, and I had never drawn Garo in his robes. This is sort of their equivalent to military formal dress. Servicemen (Naval or Marine Corps) would get robes similar to luss but charcoal black with bronze medallions). Shipboard officers would have red robes. Marshals, Generals, Admirals would have golden yellow robes similar to Luss. The rank medallion is clipped onto the left side of the chest, and degree stripes are clipped onto the right hand side. Degrees are sort of like sub-ranks with in their military force, like a 5th degree admiral would outrank a 4th degree admiral. I haven't worked out an exact promotion structure and chain of command in the new canon and probably never will because it would inevitably be extremely complex and convoluted, and not really necessary to develop for role play purposes where characters of various ranks appear for a few lines of dialogue, then either leave or get murdered.

Though irritatingly this makes my art of Bardel out of date because his degree stripes and medallion are on the wrong sides.
