Description
The Overlord was born on Earth, but it is unknown when or where. All that is known is that in the year 2032 he gathered over thirty-five million followers and left their planet to seek a home amongst the stars.
It took over three decades before they finally settled a binary star system on the outskirts of the galaxy. It would come to be known as the "Glade System."
In the beginning the Overlord assumed direct control of everything, so that he could be sure that everything would fall within his plans. It would take fifty-eight years and the death of a council member before he was finally satisfied that the Immortal Empire would truly be immortal.
However, they did not remain idle in The Glade for all that time, but set out in twelve directions to conquer and expand. Within the first year of expansion the empire found the Amood on a high gravity garden world. Shortly afterword the Cli'sorr were rescued and absorbed into the empire. It has been over ninety years since the empire has stopped its aggressive expansion.
It is unknown what the Overlord looks like beneath his armor and the only people to have ever seen him unmasked are Klester and Harley, both council members. It is also unknown exactly how the Overlord has remained alive for over 178 years, that we know of. Whether he is augmented genetically, like most council members, or if he has had cybernetic modification he continues to live with no signs of aging. There are even some rumors that claim him to not be human but a robot or even an alien from a far more advanced civilization.

Weaponry: Void Blades are a unique weapon that is used by only the Overlord and a single Lord that received the blade as a gift. Void blades work by ripping a hole in this universe that opens up into the void, the space between dimensions and universes. So far the only thing they have not been able to cut through is a disruptor field.
The Order of the Emerald Sword: The Overlord founded the Order to act as his eyes and ears within his empire. They have free reign to go anywhere and can do almost anything. The only thing they can not do is kill a council member.
The Council of Thirteen: While the Overlord is part of the council he is at its head and will only weigh in on the most important of issues.
