Description
Drizz the Great is second seat on the Council of Thirteen. Drizz was born in the year 1938 on Earth. Early in his childhood Drizz, who at the time was known as Daniel, trained in the art of the sword. His parents, impressed with the boy's determination, got him private tutors. In 1949 he began to work as an adviser to great world leaders, learning as much from them as much as he could. In 2009 Drizz took a young man as an apprentice. This young man had many ideas that fascinated the aging Drizz. In 2018 both Drizz and the young man began to build a following and from there, a nation. This new nation needed land, so conquered many African countries. From here the young man took the title Overlord. Although the initial invasion had been easy, they soon found that the surrounding nations had banded together in an attempt to crush the fledgling empire. Both the Overlord and Drizz knew that it would be impossible to fight back so many. So they devised a plan that would take them into the stars, where they would be free to expand. It took years of breakthrough science and constant fighting before they were ready for take off. Then, in the year 2032, the Immortal Empire left Earth behind to make their place among the stars. By now Drizz was quite old and his body was on the brink of failing. It took several tense years of study and experimentation before his aging could be stopped. By now Drizz was one-hundred and two.
When the Overlord began to build the Council of Thirteen Drizz was the only person other than the Overlord that did not have to prove himself worthy to be on the council. On the council Drizz is seen as one of the three most likely to replace the Overlord should anything happen to him. The other two are Klester the Dragon and High Lord Griegor the Unforgiving. Drizz also gets the most respect from the other council members and many of them will look to him if they are unsure about anything. Drizz is notable for being the only council member that will take on apprentices. This is, of course, provided that they prove themselves worth of his attention. Drizz is the one who proposed the creation of the Order of the Emerald Sword. He personally trains every Emerald Sword member. This means that on average an Emerald Sword is at least as powerful as a council member. He has personally trained five of the council members and mentored the rest.
Drizz rules over Region 2. This region of the empire has the most habitable worlds. People from this region tend to be more generous and kind. There is also a much higher percentage of Cli'sorr in Region 2's population, compared to the other regions.

Weaponry: Uses a pair of emerald swords. Emerald blades react in an odd way with a disruptor field. Normally when an object coated in a disruptor field comes into contact with something the field will disrupt the bonds of molecules, making them squishy and easy to cut through. However, when that same field is laid on an emerald blade it creates a second field that moves in an opposite direction from the first field. That's great but what does it mean? Well, what it means is that instead of just making something squishy it causes the squishy matter to collide into itself and forcing itself out of the way of the blade. The matter does not separate completely, this just adds to the power of the cut. Also, Magna-Disruptor Heavy Pistol.
Power: 3 void generators
Armour: Again, the make-up of the armour is classified. Drizz's armour has more shield generators(the blue circles) than any Council Member and was hand crafted by Drizz himself.
