Richard the Noble, fourth seat on the Council of Thirteen. Born in 2006, Richard has always been seen as a little odd and distant. He had a relatively uneventful life. Uneventful, doesn't mean nothing happen though. He eventually rose up to become a lord. It was during his fourth year as a lord that Drizz met with him. He had come to Drizz's attention thanks to his unique and successful policies. When Drizz offered to take him on as an apprentice, he didn't accept immediately. Instead, he stood there quietly for awhile, thinking it over. Eventually, he did accept. As soon as Richard and Henery met the became rivals, always trying to out do each other. Even if Richard doesn't openly acknowledge it. Richard has always managed to hold a slight lead over Henery. When Richard was called on to replace a fallen council member he took the fourth seat.
Richard is one of the most stubborn council members. Not even his teacher can change his mind once it has been made up. Despite this, the people under his command are some of the most loyal. Richard rules over Region 4. Region 4 is the most peaceful and stable region in the entire empire. Richard has a wife, Caroline [age: 67, not a council member]. He also has two children, Karl [age: 32, male] and Steven [age: 27, male], and three grandchildren, Wilma [age: 15, female] and Tony [age: 13, male] from Karl and Illidan [age: 14, male] from Steven.
