AND YOU GUYS THOUGHT I WAS KIDDING ABOUT HIS SPINNING EYES. Okay, most of you probably don't even know what I'm talking about, but I'm just sayin' XDThe first part with all the girls is one of the oldest jokes associated with Dwayne between me and ~Apkinesis
It came from when I first created Dwayne in ME2 as I was importing my original maleShep (though I later played as him in ME1). Spin the control stick fast enough in character creation and you can make Shepard's eyes spin!
We deduced that after Cerberus rebuilt him, Dwayne's eyes spin whenever he's very nervous, upset, etc. *nods*Also, please blame my gif animator for making the colors all wonky. Here's what the original colors are supposed to be like: [link] XD
I originally sketched this November-ish, then I tweaked it a little bit before coloring

I just find the upgrade ashley for ME3. 1st thing I said to my friend who was beside watching me play the beggining. " I don't getting yourself dolled up make up for being so heartless and cold, That's not equivalent exchange." Than it beak jokes about alliance make- up coverage is subsidized under health-care.

Oh god the spinning eyes actually kind of freaked me out at first. But still funny comic. Also I had to chuckle at the "skirt and boots" comment (since A. That quote is one of my favorite m!ShepxAshley quotes and B. I'm still quite baffled by that outfit

Well to be fair, when I first saw the comic, I had just woke up and was half-dead so I wasn't expecting it.
Personally I'm still not used to Ashley's outfit, it just doesn't seem to fit her character to me.

For me, I see it like this... While Ash is a soldier, that doesn't mean she doesn't like being feminine (to an extent), so now that she's in the position that she is in ME3 (trying not to write anything remotely spoilery XD), she can do whatever the heck she wants with her looks, and we've previously only seen her in either a military issued uniform or armor. Not much personalization there. I'm going to assume that her hair being tied was part of military regs, too. I also see her ME3 not-armor outfit as much more reinforced for combat than regular clothes, like a light light armor worn for "casual" purposes/outside of battle. As opposed to Miranda's outfit which doesn't seem to give much armor-type protection (then again, she's a biotic, so she probably doesn't need it?). And Ash's jacket really doesn't show as much skin that I'd consider as "scandelous" as some people see it. But yes, it is a big change to Ash's character XD

Oh my god! I thought I was the ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD who noticed those crazy eyes in the character generator! I sat and giggled for like 10 minutes while rolling my poor shep's eyes all around. So amazing. This is great man!

From what I've seen, a lot (though not all) of Ash's haters don't like her because they see her as a xenophobic religious zealot, when she's actually more of a pragmatic woman with deep rooted trust issues (see also: General Williams and the Battle of Shanxi and how her family was treated after that) who has an unspecified belief in a higher power

Really? Clearly, few Shepards have paid attention to the Terra Firma hicks (the true xenophobes). Said players may also be illiterate, because the word zealot does not mean what they seem to think it means. Williams is no zealot.
But then, maybe my views on zeal/zealotry are skewed by my fondness for the hilariously over-the-top GRIMDORK fluff of the Warhammer 40K franchise.
