I've been reading this series by Marissa Meyer called Cinder. The two that follow are called Scarlet and Cress. It's such a good story so far. It's probably the coolest spin on fairy tales I've ever encountered. Cinder (the Cinderella) is a cyborg in a world where cyborgs are considered less than human. Scarlet (the Little Red Riding Hood) has a crazy grandmother who's missing, and Cress (???), who knows. I'm eager to keep reading though. Sounds interesting. Is each book its own story, or they're connected? If it's a continuous series, does it end with the 4th book, or they'll be more?

They're all connected. Cinder is in all three books, Scarlet is in the second two, and Cress actually appears in the first one very briefly and the third book verifies that she's actually a key piece of the story.
As far as I know, there are only three books. I just started the third one so I'll eventually find out xD
There are other RELATED books that I know of by the same author who wrote books featuring other characters and such. It's all in the same world but so far, these three are connected in story.

I searched it on Amazon and there is a 4th book listed there - Winter.
