'Twas I who got you for the gift exchange OWO

I was so stoked because I have always silently admired Rhaegan from afar. I don't know what it is about him, but I absolutely ADORE this character. I've followed his story since I first joined the group, and I was really happy when he returned from retirement ;v;
I listened to his playlist the entire time I drew this too which was pretty insightful and fun.
It was so long I got to finish almost all of this while listening through it x,D

BUT YES
Glad I could finish this. I usually upload these on Christmas day, but I may be away from the computer unable to ;A; so I figured it was better early than late /o/

I can't tell if the quality is bad or my old laptop's resolution is just garbage....
Let me know if it looks alright, because I have the original PSD file too.
T_T I can't seem to make it not look fuzzy on this machine.
