"Hey diddle diddletime for a Riddle"
The riddler is one of those villains that he is so awesome but why does he have to wear...THAT GREEN SPANDEX SUIT? well anyway the thing is i love his look in Arkham City, just a man who wears a normal outfit with question marks in it, but anyway, the riddler is one of those villains who is a egomaniacal selfish obssessive compulsive villain who only aspiration is to outsmart the dark knight only thing he wants is to prove that he is smarter and better, his tests are one of the most dangerous of all, he even thinks if society wasn't stupid his tests would be just fun theme parks, he is one of my fav villains and hope to see more of him and...not...you know that other overrated villain... >.>

Riddler looks best when he's in that green suit, rather then the idiotic spandex.

I was disappointed they gave him the green spandex in the Batman/Superman Adventures incarnation of BTAS.ย I think The Scarecrow is the only design that improved in that transition.

He actually got his 15 minutes of fame; He figured out who Batman really is.
He got cancer one day, and managed to cure it by sneaking inot one of Ra's Al'Ghoul's lazarus pits. When he popped out he had a massive hallucination which gave him the idea; Bruce Wayne.
He then proceeded to hunt down Batman and throw the biggest victory dance in history, until Batman calmly told him that if he tells the world that Bruce Wayne is Batman, he'll tell Ra's that the Riddler snuck into one of his pits...
Now the Riddler is a private investigator-- one of the best though. Even Batman will hire him in occasion.
Weaselย was a good choice for him.

A part of me actually thinks he'd do a good job; using his energy and charisma to flesh out the character but that's just me.ย

Over-rated villain? Who? Calendar Man? 
In all fairness, though, it's just a pleasant surprise whenever you do Arkham City fan-art. It just comes along and sneaks up on ya. Then leaves you smiling. Just a little bit of bat-goodness to pick up your day.
I do, kind of, though, wish you had included his jacket or one of the riddler trophies. The officialt artwork for those things were BOSS. It would have been interesting to see your take on one.
Still, I'm always excited to see which villain you pick next. Penguin? Two-Face? Dr. Strange? Guessing which one is just like... 
...Still hopes for Grundy.

Mm, well the spandex suit was only really from the first of the terrible schumacher batman movies, in the comics I think he tends to have the snappy suits.
I wonder what the tech-cane can do...
