I think this is very useful for understanding anatomy within a single pose.

I like 360, especially when it comes to poses that potentially have a lot of foreshortening. It helps me get an idea of what things look like from another angle, which helps me comprehend how to draw it.
EDIT: It also often shows off angles that just end up not showing up in more standard reference images. Things you didn't think you'd need to have reference for, right up until you do, and then you have a hard time finding it.
