I can imagine the loin cloth not covering as much when bent over instead of vertical.
I've seen lower rear views of loincloth wearing females where the back part covers but the front part hangs out of the way and shows the lower belly just past the back part of the loincloth.
(It'd probably be easier just to show that picture but I'd have to find it first).
