As pretty she might look here, she looks even better in KFP2. Might have to do with the fact that in KFP, she only had three facial expressions; sad, angry and focused. Emotion issues much? lol

In the director's commentary, they said that the designers wanted her to appear feminine without having her look having a typical Disney-Princess 'perfect' female body. They also said they used her black marking so resemble make-up, in a natural way.

I mean for heaven's sakes, breast and curves is not really makes a girl. Its the ability to give birth is what makes a girl a girl.
And tigress clearly has her own of being feminine; which is a relief.
