I'm hoping to see the face of the mountain God come out to see what his hand has caught!
The title and this image make my imagination run wild again! Love it!
You are much better at manipulating soft colors and gradiant tones than bold and jarring ones. Your drawing feels more comfortable when you look at it. Probably because you do so much land scapes.... Interesting.... I find it great that somebody would specialize in those kind of drawings more than humans. Probably what attracted me to your art in te first place now that I think of it.
Cheers!

Thanks for the comment! I love doing landscapes - but would like to practice more portraits and figures though - and ideally include them in the landscapes to tell more advanced stories. But figures usually require some research for anatomy or a reference model (if you want it to look correct) so its more complex and not as easy to just go with the flow like this one.

Wpw, that is extremely detailed and eye-catching. The foreground rocks are mostly pointing up, making your eyes come to the sky and the faded peaks in the background, which is quite nice i think (did you intened to do that?)

Hi, thank you very much for the comment.
I guess I felt the sky and background were important to emphasize, but I work quite intuitively so there was not that much planning to it. But thanks for pointing it out!

Your welcome. Admittidly, I don't plan much either. It's a very good drawing either way though.

The picture's absolutely wonderful! It makes me feel the atmosphere of the mountains, the wind blowing and mist coming down from peaks. C:
