Sure. It's pretty easy.
Get a box of brownie mix, mix it up and pour it onto a pizza pan. Bake it.
Get some pre-made cheesecake filling and, once the brownie has totally cooled, spread it on top.
Chop up a large red delicious apple into pretty big chunks, throw them on top.
Pour caramel and chocolate sauce over the top.
