It's a bit butchered and lacks a few details, but I think it's good. It's one of the best I think I've made.I haven't made a sketchup in a long time. It's good to be back.
Constructive criticism is welcome. Comments like "ZOMG THIS LEWKS LIEK SHITE" will be frowned upon by Professor Oak.
This was made with Google Sketchup 7.
Can anyone teach me how to render this and make it look realistic? Tips on how to make this better are highly appreciated.

I've just downloaded it but the problem is that it will only show up in Google Sketchup 6.
Another thing is how to change the template on Sketchup 6. I can change the template in Sketchup 7 but I don't know how to do it in version 6.

hey. I am afraid, I can not help you there. On the mac I am able to change the template in 6, and for 7.. I dont use it often yet. You may have installed the plugin wrongly.
And what shows up only in 6 but not in 7?

The template. You know where you start up SU7 and it gives you the choice where you can choose the template?
Well, in SU6 you just start off with a

Kerkythea should work in SU7 too. I assume you're using the SU2KT plugin to export files into Kerkythea? If so, you'll have to put a copy of the ruby script files in the SU7 directory just like you did for SU6.

Yes, I use Sketchup too. Kerkythea should be easy, it's one of the easiest ones out there. You'll get the hang of it
