Description
Kind of small and therefore maybe hard to see, but this depicts the two main US Political parties. Depictions often show the two sides fighting, but I chose a different route. The two sides, shown as superheroes in their own rights, are both trying to work toward a greeting, but each side has its own greeting, the Republicans' way being the brash fist-bump and the Democrats' way being the formal handshake. This causes an awkward handshake, representative of the political division shown in today's America. The Republican has red stripes, representing the 13 stripes on the flag, which stood for the original 13 colonies, or the old way of doing things. The Democrat, in turn, has 50 stars, representing the more current way of dealing with things, or the 50 states. I will try to get this one back so I can properly scan it.
