What if Sonny the Well Tank Engine from Thomas and Friends had his own Railway Series Book?

Here's how I believe the Awdry family would depict him:

1. The Stolen Engine: Sonny is a well tank engine who works at a coal mine in the eastern region. Despite his hard work, the big tender engines do not appreciate his hard work, even if he also shunts their coaches. Then hard times come, the mine closes, Sonny's friends are replaced by modern diesel and electric engines. Sonny is then withdrawn and put on a siding, expecting the cutters to cut him up, but fate and two characters have other plans.

2. Sonny on the lam: After he's taken from his shed by the criminals Baz and Bernie, Sonny not only is a hostage to the criminals but also a target of the BR, rogue diesels and scrap merchants as he pulls a train of illegal goods and stolen valuables across England. But little does Sonny know that a young girl, her family and a red tank engine named Rosie take note of his distress.

3. Rescuing Sonny: When Rosie and Angie-Maria take note of Sonny, they share his story to the engines of the North Western Railway until it reaches the Fat Controller. With the help of Angie-Maria's grandparents and the reopening of Ulfstead Castle, Baz and Bernie drive Sonny onto Sodor. The thieves grab the loot but the police and Rosie stop Baz and Bernie, rescusing a grateful Sonny.

4. Welcome to Sodor, Sonny.
With Baz and Bernie arrested, Sonny is purchased by the North Western Railway. He gets on well with everyone, except Gordon. One day, Sonny is taking a goods train across a suspension bridge when he hears it groaning, but when he shares the news, he and the others disregard it, but when he sees it collapsing, he and Bear have to warn Gordon and the express before it's too late.
