I think the clothing lacks some wrinkles.. Because how how close the values of the skin and her corset thing are, initially the thumbnail made me think that she was topless. Then again it might just be me and my dirty mind.. u_u

Oh yes! Sorry for not explaining myself better. Particularly stars+nebula and make it look like one... instead of a boring gradient with white spots on it, hahahah :3Β

I usually start with a gradient and a "random dots" brush and use "add"-layer mode for light effects

AS often I cannot quite pinpoint it, but there's something off about her facial structure ...or maybe it's the hair that implies a strange form of the head...dunno.
Apart of that bothersome thing, it looks gorgeous.
