Even though I've grown up in Australia, this was my first time to a tropical island. It was everything I expected and more...I even made a point of sitting on the beach and sipping a pina colada!!

Thanks for such a nice comment and the . Yes the foliage in the water certainly gave it something a little different for a beach/tropical shot. And it was all just waiting there to be photographed!!

Yeah, was definitely a beautiful spot. The water was incredibly warm too. Idyllic is the word that springs to mind!!

Thanks. Yes the leaves make it something else don't they. They looked like they'd been delberately scattered on the water for effect but it was the same everywhere...just nature doing it's thing!!

That Hendrix quote is one of my favourites too. Nice to see it up there
