I learnt alot doing this pic. All the marker practice is finally starting to make sense! I haven't spent so long on a picture in a long time - it must be because I finally have holidays. This pic is done entirely in traditional materials (except the border of course). It's almost a straight scan lolz. It just took me 500 years to stick the two halves of the scan back together (this pic is originally A3).
Ok! there are some things that are demented. For example, I don't even know if wisteria's and sakura bloom in the same season. They probably don't. You probably didn't need to know that. Scanning lost half of the details as well, there were further details on the kimono, but the scanner bled them all out . The bg was sharper too but it completely drowned out the girl, so i fuzzed it up - kinda like it like that, brings your attention properly. I learnt the art of dabbing markers this way.
I can't really change anything on this pic because it's traditional

Materials: Shin-han touch twin marker (colours), Derwent Studio Pencils, Faber Castell Watercolours (i lack materials from both pencil boxes so i make do), acryilic, Copic Multiliner (line-art), fineliner (staedler -details), gel pens.
