Tried to grayscale everything first and then add color on top..it didn't go well.
Trying to ease back into the HARPG shows once again, my ladies need more appreciation so this seems like the perfect show for many reasons! I am determined to get more stuff done before my hellacious last semester begins in a couple of weeks. OTL

I know the two horses are quite uniform in height, breed, and color so I hope I don't lose too many points for that. ;; oops.

Wanted to do something a little different from the usual, can you tell I have been going slightly crazy with CSP's outline border effects lately?

Story Snippet:

With more interested potential boarders and even a possible new member for the growing competition team, It was a never-ending flurry of activity at w.YKR. Which was great news business-wise, the ranch was still fairly young having only been established for little over a year and a half now officially. Still, a majority of its income came from the other supporting cattle and forage production divisions, and they were quite fortunate to have that safety net, but it would have still been beneficial to have the facility earn money on its own. That was the tricky nature of being in the equine business, you had to spend almost all your money to make anything in return. Horses were costly investments, not to mention the equipment, arenas, taxes, and the infamous vet trips, as horses were deemed "the masters of trying to kill themselves" as Josef would say.

It was always during this time of year the barn dad would disappear from the scene for a while, as the IRS often stalked such industries like wolves, looking to label the facility as a "hobby" rather than a "business", and thus try and gauge an arm, leg, your first born child, and more in taxes. Sadly the blonde could not spare any of those and wasn't quite prepared to have a family anytime soon, so Jojo would have to put suit up in his "hero uniform" being a classic suit and tie, along with an armful of the profit motive to prove their case otherwise.

Overall, when it came to competing and getting the w.YKR name out there, it was left to the rest of the staff in their own devices. Shows rarely yielded enough income to profit from, most of it going to the fuel-guzzling monster of a pick-up truck that hauled their big rig from location to location, the last two cents if lucky, went right into the piggy bank as a rainy day fund. But it served it served its purpose to promote the ranch's good name out there in the equestrian world, along with providing the hard working riders with experience and qualification for future regional and even national competitions down the line. Currently, the wYKR brand weighed on the shoulders of Neliah and Tori, as they patiently perched on the backs of their young mounts, awaiting their turn into the arena the moment the pair before them finished the course.

Also introducing a "beloved" gag character....Jeff (My bestie and I created him as a joke and we admittedly have a few regrets. But not enough )
Honestly he is based off an asshole landlord my friends had during Undergrad who would barge in at random times and spray the cheapest/smelliest insect repellant on earth.
He just..........wants to take nice Show pictures that are right. He is totally not being a shameless pervert, that open drooling mouth is just his concentrating face! So really Theo, you don't need to show him what's good. Calm yourself.
I honestly love how confused and calm K.D. is... that's him 24/7 when living and working @ wYKR tbh.

I tried to do more research about the Women's Suffrage Movement, and make sure the decorations and costumes were at least a tiny bit accurate.

Nel and Tori's costume/riding attire is based on this information I pulled up on the internet, tried to include the stashes and other things the best I could. Had to make some slight changes to attire it's a little hard to jump in a dress after all, not saying that it can't be done-- besides it was frowned upon for women to even wear pants in the past if I recall, so having pants and this attire seems to be a reasonable feminist combo, yeah? #JayLogic

Also when it comes to the color scheme for the Suffrage Movement, I got multiple sources saying Purple, Gold, and White, and others saying Purple, Green, and White but I think that is was a variation between different countries? Since I was so uncertain I decided to try and include both schemes the best I could. 8 o ;;

Also for the flowers in season that are blooming on the show grounds--I just kind of shoved them in a flowering box at the base of he jump. BD ;; Laziness at its best, yes.
