How do I get it without the words? I'm on a cell phone and don't know how to remove layers

Unfortunately this must be downloaded using a program with PSD capabilities, such as GIMP or Photoshop.

Awesome, DA keeps telling me that the page doesn't exist every time I try to download this. ._. I would love to use it for my druid in DnD to show off her half form, but noooooo.

Okay, for some reason it's not working through DA but it is through FA, so maybe you could try it there too to see if it loads.
