June 3, 2012- Fixed Guile's flag tattoo. I had it reversed in the military style, but pointed out that you can only do that on the right arm. Thanks!

The USA flag is reversed ^^U only if it goes in the right shoulder it can be reversed

According to this: [link] the stars go "In front" so it looks as if it was moving always forward, so, on the left shoulder, it should go in the right position, and in the right shoulder, it would go reversed.
The most fun of it: Capcom folks did the same mistake in SFIV!
