"Dark smog was everywhere. It was hard for me to understand what was gonna happen next. I was paranoid, no matter what I did I felt targeted. As a Quartz soldier I was made to win. I then came across a gem. He was defenseless and I already saw that he was an easy poof. But then..." Rose Quartz pauses."Then what?" Asked Sapphire.
"Then ...
Then I fell in love with him."
Rose Quartz was in the War and he always loves sharing his stories. Sapphire is always happy to listen and he wondered who the gem was. But he had a good idea. It was Hauyne.
I head canon that my rose Quartz was very handsome strong and such back during the war. But after winning he became a lazy dude who shares his stories

He looks eiirly familiar
and by that I mean
he looks like your Peridot
which makes me wonder if that was intentional
like is Peridot secretly a sapphire like Hayune or is Hayune secretly a blue peridot

Hauyne was designed from another artist who actually used my Peridot as reference so I wouldn't be surprised

Well, for me it just takes practice! Maybe try re-designing characters or practice with different faces, try to change it up! Play around with certain traits and characteristics, as with anything, it just takes practice.
