Provided by The Elite Forces, and the mysterious financial backer going by the name of Madame Archer. This is Justice Towers, the team base of the Justice Heroes, located in the remnants of the Illinois Rust Belt. The tower provides a base that is hidden from the public domain, as many would not think to hide out there because of the hazardous environment, as most of the land consists of condemned buildings, wildlife, etc. The upper levels of the building are gymnasiums, waiting rooms, medical rooms, our definition of gymnasiums, living rooms, and etc. The lower hangers underneath the building is an underground base, the war room, a training arena that tests the members abilities both physical and metaphysical, vehicles, and a hanger for the Phantom Cruiser.

Justice Powers also houses new metahumans who were kidnapped by Excalibur and other metahumans who were being hunted down by many individuals who seek to use their powers for personal, if not often nefarious schemes. The Justice Heroes also seek to train these new metahumans and treat them like human beings, not just another set of powers, as The Justice Heroes are not like the Justice League, they are still considered human despite their powers and whatever E.T. arrives, and to some small measurement, they form a sense of family
