My contribution to Greg (Crayola) Simkin's group show entitled "Inle". 100+ artist interpret the Richard Adam's "Watership Down" character, the black rabbit, the embodiment of death in the story.This is my take.
The show opens March 11th at Gallery1988 in Los Angeles.

so lucky! i have a bunch of friends in this show. all the pieces are awesome so far (like yours!). my friends SKINNER, Alex Pardee, and Dave Corriea posted their pieces too. check them out when you get a chance. this is the most amazing group show concept that i've heard about in years! I love Watership Down. kudos to Greg, and congratulations to you!

I love everything about the fish-eye perspective of this piece. The realism vs surrealism is incredible. I have watched and loved your work for a long time. I worry you may receive 'How to Train Your Dragon' references from the color and eye style used on the 'character' focus from this piece. The concept if incredible. This is my favorite of the most recent posts.

Dude, this looks awesome. Must have taken a while to paint. Then again I don't paint so I wouldn't really know. I'm just going off the detail and the layers you must've used.
