i'd argue that preskip sakura would have atleast 50/50 chance, so i dont see why hinata wouldn't win.

Hinata would win for sure. Hinata can just shoot an air palm and that'll put Videl down for good. Plus, Hinata's byakugan can read movements down to simple muscle or joint movements. Hinata has more experience in battle and she's been through war. Not to mention, Hinata has inherited power from a demigod as well. Videl is just a regular human who can fly.

Hinata is faster, stronger, a skilled killer, and while Videl doesn't have a chakra network, Hinata's Byakugan and Jyuuken can still be employed to inflict internal and organ damages.

Good Eyesight is both a strength and weakness if you know how to take advantage of it

hinata would win
though videl can fly, she has to keep close to hinata to do anything to her as her ki manipulation is that great. hinata's gentle fist gives her an edge in this fight, though videl doesnt have any chakra to manipulate, thats not the gentle fist only function as the user discharges their own chakra into the target for internal damage. attacking internal organs and what not. so thats why hinata would take this victory.

I'd say Hinata will win against Videl. Videl, though she can fly and can fight, isn't a Saiyan and she doesn't have war and killing experience like Hinata and unlike Videl, Hinata has an arsenal of jutsus and her Byakugan, not to mention she's also the Byakugan Princess, which is canon. Plus Videl is not a ninja like Hinata.
