Bolt here is a hyperactive technology creating mastermind. His element is electricity and he uses it in many ways, giving his gadgets life. He can move faster than the speed of sound and this makes his building time for any gizmo or device almost instant. He always seems to be excited to create something new. His most useful invention to date is a small device around the size of a modern day cell phone, and it can break matter up, turn it into data, and store it within it's memory banks to be scanned back out for later use. It is called the 'D.S.D.' or Data Storage Device, and it is his pride and joy... that he happened to make seven of. He is also the father of Sparx, his lazy, but still technologically brilliant daughter.
