Taking a small break from Rise to go back to my roots of the 2003 TMNT and Dawn sketches.

As are all the characters of 2003, she is a lot less goofy than her Rise counterpart.

Dawn has a knack for parkour and will use her knowledge of it to its fullest extent. Whether its getting somewhere fast, or beating someone on unusual terrain.
She lives with her grandparents in a small flat above their little café. Doesn't get a crazy amount of business but it does pay the bills. She waitresses on occasion when they need her to.

Dawn has a lot more of a straight-forward approach to things, easier to just say what's on your mind then hold it in. Gets her in trouble at times when she doesn't get a chance to read the room.
With that, she likes to openly flirt with Raph. No shame no gain...or...something like that.
Mikey thinks it's hilarious, Raph just gets embarrassed.

Dawn doesn't get to met Fey or really learn much about the Y'Lyntians till much later on.
The turtles had noticed her crystal on several occasions, they just weren't sure if it was authentic or not. The crystal did react however when she finally got a chance to visit their lair. Soon after that Fey arrived unexpectedly at the turtles door.

If I were able to give her a VA, she'd definitely be voiced by Jennifer Hale. Confident, charismatic and one hell of a badass.
