A logonui for xp featuring the os x lion, leopard style... Just replace the logonui.exe in the system32 folder, with the one in the archive to get the desired look.... Enjoy
the preview can be downloaded separately..

The box you've used is from OS X Tiger so even older than Leopard or Snow Leopard (they do not have the stripes). Also, take a look at your box on the right because you haven't cut it cleanly and I can see the green Leopard screen you used to modify this.
Unfortunately the Lion Logon is totally different from the one you've made. If you look here [link]

also i found that you can make objectbar transparent through its properties rather than by editing the background files...
