Description
So when the new look for Alastor in Hazbin Hotel dropped a while back my babi boi Muse had some BIG RISISTANT FEELS to trying on the new duds, even though almost nothing changed. This resulted in his boyfriends almost relentlessly teasing him and testing the limits of his patience and love for them by trying to "wrestle" him into said new duds. I think Vox was the only one high key ready to square up and hold him down to get those clothes on, but after much tension Alastor was able to threaten his way into getting his boyfriends to back down and take Vox down with them. Ultimately the overall experience left Alastor growling at passerbys for a few days while he was still in a high alert state. As an apology, Bill did gift Alastor with a certain belt buckle of his, one that prevents anyone from removing the pants of the wearer of said belt buckle, unless the wearer wills it.

Eventually I did get Alastor to calm down enough to talk to me about why he didn't want new clothes, to which his only reply was that he just liked his old clothes, and slowly he came around to the idea that maybe he overreacted just a tad. So he decided to try on some new clothes and surprise his otherwise bratty boyfriends. Seeing that they were quite smitten with him in new-new duds, he's decided new clothes aren't all that bad, and has taken to wearing them on occasion.

Anyway, here's what he looked like in some new-new duds. Not featured was the cuddle pile he was made to endure when his boyfriends wanted to, ahem, encourage the behaviors they wanted to see. They forgot he doesn't like to be touched and both got put in time out for a little bit for it.
