ah that's the outline ^^
if you're using a plug-in PdN, go to Effect > Object > Outline I THINK. I don't quite remember but it's somewhere in there.
if you don't have the plug-ins,
-duplicate the text 4 times
-change them to the color you like for your outline
-move them to all 4 directions (up down left right)
