Very nice, but I find the neck a little weird - Just where the neck ends and the T-skirt begins the T-skirt seems to be extremely thin since the lines from the neck can be seen very clearly. It look a little weird in my eyes.
But overall the picture look great!

Don't get me wrong, but you draw AWESOME feet dude. Feet AND hands. She has an adorably cute face and the blotchy background seems to give more of an impression in regards to her personality more than anything (my opinion). It looks like greasy steel to me, but I'm on an LCD screen so some things can be hard to determine for certainty at times. If it IS steel with grease spots; to me it alludes to toughness and reliability. The grease would make me tend to believe that she's a girl who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. The fact that she's a mercenary seems to make those things I've pointed out to be fairly accurate. Tough to kill, reliable to kill the enemy, and she's not afraid of the mess. Oorah, semper fi.
Do you have any Marine Corps characters? Have you ever tried drawing pictures based on previous eras? I've always wanted to see something like that in your gallery.

It's incredible how you manageto make a character look so perfectly awesome without shading, just adding flat colours. Your level of detail can't be compared with other artist of the anthro genre.
