Description
For those who don't already know, I've created a new all-ages comic book called "Bodie Troll" that will be published by Red 5 Comics next year. It's set in a fairytale world, and features a troll who wants to be big and scary, but he's too cute and cuddly for that to happen. This is a panel from issue #1, part of a much bigger story that should be more fun and funny than anything I've done in comics thus far!FYI, I know some people like to color my work, and generally I welcome it. But in this case, please refrain from using this image for that purpose. Thanks!

More funny than Dead Duck and Zombie Chick?! Bold claim, Jay! But I think that Bodie Troll should be a great read.

Well, I think it's hard to compare it to Dead Duck, honestly. With Dead Duck, the concept was pretty basic, and the formula allowed for a lot to happen. But with Bodie Troll, these characters are in a very specific environment, and the stories are a lot less gag reliant and much more character driven. So I guess it'll be up to the readers as to which is better. But I can see a lot of growth in myself as a writer and artist on Bodie, so I think folks will be pleasantly surprised.

I can see your point. The DD and ZC stuff came in either one-off gags or short story arcs, so it'll be something new and different to read a sustained narrative from you.
