The actual title of this piece is Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Ash Vs. Dead Duck and Zombie Chick, but the teeny little title boxes DA gives us just wouldn't accommodate it. First off, I want to dedicate this to one of my oldest and dearest friends on DA, Succubus Angel who suggested I do a Dead Duck Vs Freddy or Vs Jason about eight months ago. It was such a great idea, and much to my dismay, I'd completely forgotten about it. So jump ahead eight months, and I come across the new comic book mini-series, Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Ash. Now, I'm a ginormous fan of all three icons (though Jason's my favorite monster and Ash is just a freakin' GOD), so having this comic in my hands was a dream come true. And it was upon reading it that I recalled the suggestion by my dear Succubus Angel and decided I needed to make Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Ash Vs. Dead Duck and Zombie Chick a reality. I'm very fond of this piece. It allowed me to draw some of my favorite pop culture icons along with my own characters, plus allowed me to draw my eschewed city landscapes that I love to create. They don't necessarily have any baring on existing architecture, but they're fun to look at (I believe this has a Sin City meets Dr. Seuss kinda feel). Anyway, hope you guys dig this cross-over. I'd forgotten you'd drawn this. This is one of my favorite cross over arts. I loved the Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash story, and I'm a big fan of Ducky and Zombie Chick. So, a match made in cartoony, gore spattering heaven.

The backgrounds are great! the show the Seussian and Sin-City influence, with a touch of Will Eisner added in

SO cool! Only thing is, it's a bit busy. Of course it would have to be with all the awesomeness in the piece, but it's not clear to me what Zombie Chick's standing on. An orange shoe? A gloop? I love it, but I was just a bit confused.

Oh, truly! Dead Duck's not evil at all! But I figured Ash hadn't had time to assess that in this particular encounter, so their team-up against Freddy and Jason is impending!

Oh my god! I thought you had forgotten! But who am I kidding, you're just too awesome for words, my friend! I love how each and every villan has some form of dangerous weapon, while Dead Duck and Zombie Chick have what they could grab.
This is just too great! Thanks for the dedication! I'm extremely honoured and this definitely has placed a smile on my face before heading back to work.
