Description Part 7 of my continuing saga of Marvel's Ditto, using and abusing his shape shifting powers.

For this piece, I tried something new and drew entirely in pencil--no inks. I think it gave this piece a nice loose feeling while still retaining my style.

Yeah, I think the pencil-style looks really good. Since it turned out nice, will you be doing other pieces like this?

Note to Ditto: Β adamantium athletic cup! Β Love the wild red hair you have Jean Gray sporting. Β The all-pencils thing suits you. Β Sweet work, Jay, especially after I stopped wincing too hard to look. This looks great, Jay. And what a setup for the punch line! (Or is it a kick line?)

I really dig the looseness you achieved with the pencil. It makes for a nice, old school, traditional animation studio look. Great work! Still waiting for marvel to green light you!

I know I should be cringing considering how powerful that kick must've been...but I can't help but laugh.

If you hadn't of mentioned that it was in pencil - I would not have noticed the difference...that's how GOOD you are lol. But since you DID mention it, it IS a lot lighter in tone and totally works with the comic effect you're looking for.

Should of known shape shifting doesn't work so well on someone who can read minds.
