These were the X-Men when I was a kid. This particular franchise has changed a lot over the years. It would be cool if a bunch of artists drew the X-Men of their childhood.Related content

I loved this lineup. Not too long after, Magneto took over the team, Psylocke & Rachel joined and they buggered off to Australia. Wasn't Kitty about at this point though?

Yeah, Kitty Pryde, Polaris and Dazzler I think. They didn't make as much of an impression on me though, so I left them out of the drawing.
