One thing ive found is the shading. It looks slightly blunt to me. This character is from an anime,so i personnaly would have made the shading a little sharper, especially at the shadows that the folds on his clothes create. Then again, this could be a part of your style, which is fine.
Another thing is the length of his closer arm. It looks a little too long to me. A human arm would drop down roughly half way down the thighs if they are completely straight. Im not too sure about this character, so i could be wrong.

I agree. Now that i look at it the arm does look a little too long. I don't know much about the character myself. I only referred to pics on the net. As for the shading, I definitely need to improve on that & make it sharper. I'll try to update it once I finish all members this week.
