Here is the Antagonist for my Wolf Child Rise of the Reptilians. Once long before the Reptilians ruled the jungle. All kneeled and bowed to their tyranny until the wolves had come and freed those living under their oppression while the remnants escaped to the lands beyond. Kaa was there in the wars final moments. Fueled by vengeance and a desire to return his people to their rightful place in nature. Take back their sacred grounds and destroy those that caused them centuries of exiled humiliation and suffering, Kaa will do whatever it takes to lead the Reptilians to glory once again.
