Personality: As the second heir to the Saurian royal throne, she is very ambitious and wants to be queen. She is one of the few people who openly questions her older brother's authority and will try to vouch for herself as being a better leader than him. She will also point out his potential mistakes and sarcastically quip about his failures. However, despite this she as well is prone to making mistakes not so different from her brother and ignores Wraith's advice when it comes to confronting the ducks. Despite how she usually has a strained relationship with her older brother, she actually does show she cares in her own way by not wishing to see him dead and worrying about his safety. She also shows a protective streak towards him and will easily become enraged when someone badly hurts him. She like many others of her species despises the ducks and she makes her hatred for them well-known. Although not to the same degree as the ducks, she isn't that fond of humans but will work with them if needed. Like her brother, she is proud of their Saurian heritage and will do anything to make them the empire they once were again. She will however make exceptions for humans who prove themselves above their species in her eyes, like Lind. She also shown to have a temper and will blow up if her buttons are pushed.

Background: Born between Typhonus and his second wife, Jurassa, she was expected to be the second heir to the Saurian bloodline and a rival to her brother for the throne. Her mother being very ambitious would encourage her daughter to try to seek the throne, even though her brother was guaranteed to have it. And so this began their long rivalry, which lasted into their adult years as well. Despite their years of rivalry, she did support him when he was conquering Puck World. When the Ducks and his crew were warped to earth instead of trying to usurp the throne she tried to find a way to contact him, despite her mother trying to make her take his position. After a while of waiting, she finally found him after he recovered from having the Raptor being slung into the ocean. She officially joined his fight against the Ducks, even if she butted heads with him on his authority.

* Their father, Typhonus, was a polygamous who married both Nidhogga and Jurassa at the time. It took Jurassa longer to conceive a child.

* Dragaunus' mother was named Nidhogga and she died shortly before Cretaca was born.

* Her mother is still alive and is an ambitious woman who encouraged her daughter to see her own brother as a rival. Dragaunus knows of his stepmother's influence on his sister and how she feels about him, but chooses not to do anything against her because he doesn't want to cause dissent for those who actually want to see his sister on the throne.

* Chameleon has a thing for her and is always trying to hit on her, which causes her to have nothing but disgust for him.

* She at first was skeptical and suspicious of Lind, but the token human of the group began to win over her trust.

* In my interpretation, female Saurians can have hair and breasts, since the duck females have both.

* In contrast with her older brother, she has a more neutral stance on magic and will see as useful if it can meet the mission. Otherwise, she relies heavily on technology, but sees use in combining both.

* When Lucrectia is brought back she butts heads with her, since again she distrusts ducks even if one is them is a traitor working for their side. It's one thing that brought Cretaca and Lind together is their dislike of Lucrectia.

* She could be considered to be the older, female, and Saurian counterpart of Nosedive and they become archenemies to one another.

* Like her brother, she can spew fire when she is angry or annoyed.

* She actually enjoys earth junk food.
