Personality: As a Malevolander, he does share their dislike of Cuetopians but he goes farther by hating other non-Malevolanders and wishes to see them exterminated. He believes in blood purity like Madame Vile and despises Cara and Nichelle for having non-Malevolander blood. He is also arrogant and rude, while demanding everyone respect him even if he hasn't earned it. He is also very entitled and believes he deserves to rule more than Nefarious. He also thinks that Nefarious plan to Malevolate everyone was too soft and he should have just exterminated them. As a result, he is shown to be very argumentative and desires to always be right. He is sadistic and cruel and loves torching the innocent. He cares for no one but himself and his own goals. He also has a tendency to backstab those who he uses for his own purposes.

Background: Like many other residents of the Malevolands, he seeks to spread his evil throughout the toon world. However, unlike his fellow villains, he doesn't want to rule over people, but destroy anyone who isn't a Maleovlander which puts him in crosshairs with Nefarious and the others who seek to rule over the world. He is determined to spread his ideals of Malevoland supremacy and see a world filled with only his kind.
