In contrast with his public image, I like to think inside King's quarters it would be a very domestic setting especially after he gets with Sayuri. While he does have a few hyper masculine stuff, I like to think after Sayuri moves she puts some touches like more earthy and flowery stuff to correspond. I like to think that flower set up was her idea so it could brighten the room. I can imagine in this situation where Sayuri is having breakfast with King before he has to go do his duties and she usually stays in the quarters and goes out of it when she needs to. She also makes sure that really no one comes into King's wing and is practically the guardian of his wing in all but in name and she probably would be prodded with tons of questions due to being the only besides Kaido to know what he is in private. It kind of makes King feel less cloistered since he has someone besides Kaido to really connect with. And again gives him something as a form of normalcy like being able to come back to a significant other after a long day of work (aka managing a ruthless pirate crew) and relax.
