Description i kimonos. they are epic. adding some twists on it, is awesomely fun.

i made some classical touch here on the filter.

* illustration and coloring are totally handmade: mechanical pencil and colored pencils.
* filters and final touch: Adobe Photoshop CS4.

adding filters really change the whole atmosphere of the drawing. i'm surprised o.O

it's faaaaaaaaaar better than just plain white.

btw, i suck at coloring and making straight lines.

I think you have good sense in choosing color and fix laid out shape. It's really important. But you need time to improve your skill more. When you have a better experience with human anatomy, shade and how to describe material. your work will be great.

actually, i'm not really used to color with coloring pencils so yeah, it's weird :/

and i always draw with my sketchbook in upright position so maybe this is why the straight lines are really screwed up.

i'll try harder next time
