How long does it take for you to make these pages?

Ca an Hour. Maybe two. Depends on how many Characters are on it and how complex the Backgrounds are. This Background was done before on this Pictures:
so I only needed to cut it and put it a Lower bellow the Characters.

Hard to say. I change the Options of the Brush. It is at Size 1 when I use it this Way. But thicker because I changed the Settings. Can´t explain it, I should show it in a Livestream one Day.

nah it's fine x3 It's just that I've only seen 1 other person with a coloring/lineart style like your's and I'm like "omfg how do you do that?!"

I wish I could do it thinner but it is harder to color if the Lines are thinner XD I color it a pretty quick Way.
