Felt like finishing this off before I got real lazy....Tsurugi's always plotting some way to kidnap Tsuyo, and seems to sulk each time he's foiled. BTW the arrows in his hand are part of his main jutsu where he can create arrows that when stepped on thrusts the person in a certain direction.
And if you ask, yes he has over a dozen portraits of Tsuyo. Obsessed much?
