Honestly, I didn't like my first go at Tsurugi, so I did another one. I just find him a really cool and mysterious character to draw. Why's he wearing a jacket? Maybe he wears one when outside, *shrugs* I guess I was feeling decorative when I did this.Tsurugi (c)

he wanted for sooo long. Which is why he's after the
