It's what Cain called her...well me too...when she was in her village...but since she ran away and she got burned (I think that's what happened) her power was a bit reduced because of it right?...

Or am I mixing her with someone else...

Yes, her back got burned and her powers were reduced somewhat.
With Kasuga's people, when a part of their body is badly scalded
they can no longer shed ice from that part.

She can still use her kekkei genkai, but not from her back. So she'll
have to be extra careful.
