My friend Sylvia asked me to come down to Baltimore this weekend. She had found this AMAZING place to shoot. This is an abandoned mental hospital and it truly looked like a real world "Silent Hill". The complex is laid out like a small town that one day everyone just left.....Related content

I really like this piece. I am doing a project for a class and I was wondering if I would be able to use this image. I will be layering it onto a model to make the person seem to be in the photograph. If I am allowed to, I will clearly specify your name as the photographer of this image. This reminds me of the hallway in Silent Hill 2 where Laura runs off after stepping James' hand and kicking away the key. It'd be soooo creepy to see the outline of Pyramid Head in the door frame at the end of the hall.

Kinda reminds me of this daycare I went to (yeah....). It was an old abandoned hospital and they had managed to restore a portion of it (the daycare) but on the other side of the door at the end of the hall things looked a lot like this if not worse. Good thing Silent Hill wasn't around when I was a kid or that place would have been even more terrifying!
What would make this even creepier is if you had someone dressed up as Pyramid Head just barely visible at the end of the hallway. *shudders*

I have a friend who made a very convincing Pyramid Head costume so if I had the time or money to joy trip to Baltimore, I'd totally drag his butt up there. lol Although I think afterwards I'd have nightmares. lol

i've seen Silent Hill and i have to say, this looks so much like silent hill it's freaky. i'm half-expecting that guy with his feet pulled over his head wrapped in barbed wire to come round the corner XD

WOW it's almost like if you were waiting to see a monster coming in from the shadow far away... awesome work! I can imagine how were you and your friend in a place so similiar to Silent Hill place. Well, if I was any of you I would be extremely happy
